What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
Our Guest’s should smell the aromas of our bespoke spa scent with a hint of our QUIETUDE Mist as soon as they walk through our doors. Our welcoming spa team guide all our guests through their spa journey with us.
What is the one thing that you want your customer to remember and take away about your spa?
We want our guests to have a unique and memorable experience with us and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?
Our most popular treatment is our ‘All About The Glow’ Facial. This treatment is results driven; leaving your skin glowing, hydrated and refreshed. Perfect for all year round. Our team of experts are able to advice on skin and product recommendation to continue the results at home.
What drew you to partner with TEMPLESPA treatment and products?
TEMPLESPA is a luxurious but affordable skincare brand which meets every client’s needs and expectations. We are proud to partnership with TEMPLESPA and their commitment to creating a sustainable brand.
What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
The customer experience is unique as we tailor it to each individual. We gain as much information as possible during the booking process and ensure a thorough consultation between the therapist and client has taken place so we are able to adapt the treatment if necessary. We make sure we offer the best possible service throughout their journey and encourage guest feedback at the end of their time with us as it is valued.
What is your USP or biggest selling point as a spa?
Our wide range of facilities includes 10 treatment rooms, an indoor 20-metre swimming pool, two relaxation areas, a Spa Garden with two Scandinavian Hot tubs and Hydrotherapy pool. Our facility includes a state-of-the-art Gym and Sauna and Steam room. We are located a 2 minute walk from Richmond Park and just a tube ride away from Central London.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product/TEMPLESPA Treatment and why?
My favourite TEMPLESPA product is MOST REVEALING, it is an oxygenating peel infused with Vitamin C. I use this once weekly and have seen instant and long lasting results.
What exciting developments do you have for 2024?
We are looking forward to introducing new spa treatments to enhance our guest journey this year. We are also looking forward to introducing our Ice Bath to our spa facility in the springtime.

We offer spa memberships with us, which includes access to all our spa facilities as well yearly spa events, workshops and wellness talks.
