What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
When a customer arrives at the spa, our goal is to immediately create an atmosphere of relaxation and luxury. Our partnership with TEMPLESPA helps us to create this from the moment they walk in the door.
What is the one thing that you want your customer to remember and take away about your spa?
We want our customers to take away with them the sense of relaxation and rejuvenation they felt while on their coastal spa day. While we hope the highlight of their time with us will be the whole experience, we want our guests to feel like they have received the best treatments in a beautiful setting.
What drew you to partner with TEMPLESPA treatment and products?
We recently launched TEMPLESPA in November and have had brilliant feedback from our guests. TEMPLESPA's philosophy of combining Mediterranean-inspired ingredients with advanced skincare science aligns perfectly with a spa’s mission to deliver both indulgent and effective treatments.
What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
We want all of our guests to enjoy a seamless journey of relaxation, care, and rejuvenation. On arrival guests are shown to our consultation room where they will complete their personalised consultation and will then be shown round the spa. Guests can make full use of the spa facilities; pool, indoor spa, Finnish Sauna, Aroma Steam and outdoor hot tub and your Thermal Experience. Our expert therapists deliver treatments with professionalism and care, ensuring the experience feels indulgent. Guests are given time to relax post-treatment in our relaxation lounge where they can enjoy complimentary herbal teas with a sweet treat. The team can also provide aftercare advice or recommend follow-up treatments or products.
What is your USP or biggest selling point as a spa?
Our coastal setting is our biggest selling point, we are spoiled with our panoramic views over The Moray Firth that bring our guests that bit closer the nature. A lot of our guests will go for a dip in the sea and then heat up in the sauna.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product/TEMPLESPA Treatment and why?
My favourite treatment is the All About the Glow facial, I love the facial massage in this and it includes my favourite products, most revealing. I love the orange in the glow range, it’s so uplifting!
What was the standout moment for your spa in 2024?
Our stand out moment for 2024 is definitely launching TEMPLESPA. Since out partnership has started, we have formed a great relationship with Debra our account manager who has been a great help with getting our treatment list and product range. We are looking forward to what 2025 will bring our way!
What’s to come for your spa in 2025?
In 2025 we hope to expand our offerings for wellness experience and retreats, both day and overnight experiences. We are also committed to broadening our sustainability and eco-friendly practices so are always looking for new ways to achieve this.
