What is the first thing a customer should feel/see/smell when they arrive at your spa?
The amazing views we have from our Spa reception area overlooking Dartmoor and the golf course. The beautiful array of TEMPLESPA products merchandised in the reception area, along with the warm, calm and welcoming ambience, with the aroma of TEMPLESPA products.
What is the one thing that you want your customer to remember and take away about your spa?
The amazing therapists we have here at Bovey Castle and the relaxing TEMPLESPA treatments we offer.
Which is your best-selling treatment and why?
The Drift Away massage. Everyone that stays with us here at Bovey Castle wants that time to relax and unwind.
What drew you to partner with TEMPLESPA treatment and products?
The wide array of treatments they offer and how you can adapt the treatments to suit the individual needs of the individual. Along with the beautiful packaging that just draws you in.
What is the typical customer experience at your spa?
Clients are greeted with a warm welcome whether you are already at the hotel or making an enquiry on the phone. We ask relevant questions to ensure the client's needs are met and ask if they are booking for a specific occasion. Clients are given a tour of the spa and the facility area to ensure they know where everything is and so that they can build their time with us effectively. Thorough consultations are carried out, so that we have a deeper understanding of their needs and what they want to achieve from their time with us in the Spa. This is always followed up with home care and beauty advice.
What is your USP or biggest selling point as a spa?
The location of our spa and the experienced therapists we have.
Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product/TEMPLESPA Treatment and why?
I particularly love the Glow range. The treatment I would always book is, All About The Glow. The treatment not only delivers the results of soft smooth skin, it is extremely relaxing as well.
What exciting developments do you have coming in 2023?
We are all looking forward to the training we have planned, to offer a new treatment called The Best You.
