TEMPLESPA Partnership with Amethyst Trust

This new partnership will allow all TEMPLESPA guests to enjoy a spa treatment with confidence. TEMPLESPA is extending their treatment expertise to deliver specialist cancer massage training in all spas. In line with the TEMPLESPA ethos to LIVE, BREATHE & LOVE WHO YOU ARE and the importance the brand places on both skin and soul health, everyone can have access to the comfort, care and serious skincare they deserve.

With experts predicting that one in two people is set to experience some form of cancer in their lifetime it is important spas are able to offer safe and inclusive treatments to those touched by cancer, so they can embrace the benefits of massage therapy safely and effectively.

The benefits of massage are well-known – easing anxiety and discomfort and restoring a sense of balance and wellbeing. TEMPLESPA has created a specially adapted menu of wonderful treatments, suitable for clients who are medically frail, recovering from illness or are immunocompromised such as those recovering from cancer. These adaptable and customisable treatments allow the therapist to create bespoke treatments to suit the client’s needs.

TEMPLESPA has undergone training with the registered charity Amethyst Trust who has developed a new approach to treating cancer clients in salons and spas, through the creation of a specialist training course.
