General Social Media Competition
TEMPLESPA T&Cs
1. The promoters are: TEMPLESPA whose registered office is at 30b Southgate, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1DP, Ionian Villas whose registered office is at 93 Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 2NW and Auree Jewellery whose registered office is at Studio 125 The Light Bulb, 10 Spectrum Way, London, SW18 4RH.
2. Employees of TEMPLESPA, Ionian Villas and Auree jewellery or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18+
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. Route to entry for the competition has been stated on the Ionian Villas Instagram channel so please check there for instructions.
6. Closing date for entry will be specified on the competition social media post. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are outlined on the post on Ionian Villas Instagram channels. The prize will normally be the products featured within the image or the service specified in the post but the promoter reserves the rights to substitute for similar products depending on availability.
9. The promoters reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Flights and transfers are not included in the prize.
13. The dates of the Ionian Villas prize may not be exchanged for any alternative dates. The prize is Villa Lucie on Paxos from 23/9/24 – 30/9/24
14. If the winner is unable to travel on the specific dates the prize will be forfeited. However, under special circumstances this may be reviewed by Ionian Villas. If agreed by all parties an alternative week may be offered for the same value, but only at the original prize property.
15. The prize of the 1 week stay at the villa shown in the competition may not be changed for an alternative villa listed on the Ionian Villas website.
16. Once the prize winner has been announced, they must fill out an Ionian Villas Booking form and agree to our villa rental Terms & Conditions, which will be sent to the winner.
17. Once the prize winner has been announced, they will need to create an account on templespa.com where they can access their £500 store credit to spend on TEMPLESPA products
18. Winners will be chosen across all eligible entries on Instagram.
19. Winners will be selected at random through a computer process that produces verifiably random results
20. The winner will be notified by social media message within 7 days of the close of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
21. The promoter will notify the winner how, when and where the prize can be collected or redeemed.
22. Only the official promoter’s social media accounts will contact the chosen winner(s) and no other social media accounts affiliated with TEMPLESPA, Ionian Villas or Auree Jewellery will be considered as legal contact to the winner.
23. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and allowing the Promoter to reuse submitted details and photographs for reasonable promotional use.
25. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
26. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
27. The winner’s name will be published on Instagram.
28. Entrants’ personal data (for example name, address, postcode and email) will be used solely to administer this competition unless consent is given otherwise in line with data protection legislation.
29. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
30. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other Social Network.
