The Science Inside

By incorporating leading skin science with clinical and user trials, all TEMPLESPA products unite specially selected ingredients for ultimate efficacy.
Sodium Hyaluronate
The sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. It's smaller in particle size than hyaluronic acid which helps it to sink into the lower layers of the skin. It's found naturally in the skin, although levels do drop with age. It's used in skincare as a hyperactive ingredient to attract moisture to the skin, reduce dryness and increase hydration. Found in REPOSE.
Eyeliss
This patented science-led ingredient combines peptides and flavonoids which help reduce the appearance of bags and puffiness under the eyes by up to 70%. Found in WINDOWS OF THE SOUL.
Mandarin Oil
This comforting & calming essential oil is commonly used to aid those with sleeping trouble. It also has anti-anxiety properties and calms nervous energy. Promotes a cheerful, energised mood. Found in STRESS NOT.
Eucalyptus Oil
Purifying & stimulating, the cooling scent is known to clear the mind and improves concentration. Found in BREATH OF LIFE.
Pro-Vitamin B5
The natural oils & lipids it contains create a protective barrier on the skin to prevent transepidermal water loss. Found in REPOSE.

Start your skincare ritual with a really good cleanse using your chosen cleanser. Apply the cleanser all over the face and neck and massage upwards, using circular movements to eliminate all traces of make-up and impurities. Remove using a cotton wool pad

Take your mask and smooth lightly over clean skin, with upward, circular movements, then relax for 10-20 minutes. Remove with a damp flannel. Rinse with water. Use weekly.

Follow with your choice of TONER, by spritzing onto a cotton wool pad and wiping gently over the face.

Then apply your SERUM by pumping a couple of drops of the serum onto a clean fingertip, dot onto forehead, cheeks and under the chin. Using upward and outward movements, massage into the skin to allow the ingredients to really penetrate the dermal layer.

Follow with WINDOWS OF THE SOUL by pumping one drop onto a clean ring finger, pat gently around the eye area.

Finally, follow with your chosen MOISTURISER.

STRESS NOT: Apply a small amount thinly onto desired areas of the skin and massage in.

REPOSE: Massage into face & neck any time you and your skin need to rest. Leave to absorb into the skin.

BREATH OF LIFE: Use as aromatherapy for stress relief with steam inhalation or pop on a tissue or sniff straight from the bottle.

AAAHHH!: Massage into feet and legs using upwards strokes. Wash hands after application.
