What is the first thing a customer should feel, see or smell when they arrive at one of your spas?

As soon as a guest steps through our doors, they’re greeted with the soothing scent of a TEMPLESPA candle or reed diffuser, instantly creating a sense of calm. They’ll see a warm, welcoming smile at reception and feel an immediate sense of ease – like they’ve arrived somewhere they can truly relax.

 

What’s the one thing you want your customer to remember and take away from their visit?

That they felt like a VIP from the moment they arrived. We always aim to go above and beyond, ensuring each guest leaves feeling cared for, special and completely rejuvenated.

 

Which is your best-selling TEMPLESPA treatment and why?

Without a doubt, the DRIFT AWAY full body massage. It’s clear that our guests crave deep relaxation, and this treatment never fails to melt stress away – it's a firm favourite for good reason.

 

What drew you to partner with TEMPLESPA treatments and products?

I’d experienced TEMPLESPA in other high-end spas and was instantly drawn to the luxurious textures, beautiful fragrances and proven results. Now that we’ve partnered with them, the support we receive is phenomenal – it feels like a true collaboration.

 

What is a typical customer experience at your spa?

Our spas are intimate and personal by design, allowing us to focus entirely on each guest. Visitors can expect to unwind in fluffy robes, indulge in bespoke luxury treatments and complete their experience with a delicious lunch or afternoon tea. It’s a full sensory escape.

 

What is your USP or biggest selling point as a spa group?

We may be small, but we’re perfectly formed. Our size allows us to offer truly personalised service, giving every guest the time, space and attention they deserve. It’s luxury with a personal touch.

 

Which is your personal favourite TEMPLESPA product or treatment, and why?

My favourite product has to be BE CLEAR – it works wonders! As for treatments, the CHAMPAGNE & TRUFFLES facial is a standout. It’s pure indulgence and leaves the skin absolutely glowing.

 

What’s been the standout moment for your spa so far?

Partnering with TEMPLESPA has been transformative. I’d been wanting to elevate our product offering for years and this partnership has truly enhanced our brand and guest experience.

 

Any exciting news or developments in the works for 2025?

Yes! We’re planning a soft refurbishment of our spas to align more closely with the elegant TEMPLESPA aesthetic. Plus, we’re expanding our treatment menu to include even more of their luxurious therapies.
